One of the things that keeps me engaged in my work at the Bobby Dodd Institute is that I work with an incredible committed team of people. Everyone works together to accomplish the organization’s mission.

I have been wondering though, what keeps you coming to work? Is it your colleagues,  your paycheck or your employers flexibility? It might be something else entirely. Tell us what keeps you showing up? If you are looking for a job, what are you looking for in your ideal place of empolyment?
