Although you are taking such strides for the movement; I believe that the polite and silly attitudes will not do anything. It is clear that legislation will not do anything for the cause. The government has to exercise enforcement and this will not take place with the power to the agencies to make rulings. Audits of enforcement have to take place. Otherwise society will continue on their attitude. Nurturing the workplace is not the answer we have to make the message get thru using the workplace as an instrument. It seems to me that talents, gifts, skills and abilities of people with disabilities are an asset but the workplace does not see it that way yet. Enforcement of investigations and audits is foremost important.
